Please complete the booking form below telling us who you are and who you want to book, then scroll down and press the Submit button. You can book up to six delegates on this form. A copy of the booking form will be sent to you and each of the delegates you book.

After you submit this form, you will be transferred to the payment system. Select the number and type of places and either pay online or give a purchase order number and invoice details. 

Cost
Residential  – includes arrival light lunch, dinner, accommodation in a bedroom for single occupancy and breakfast in addition to the conference sessions, lunch and refreshments: Early bird price until 13th March £374 +VAT. Full price from 14th March £411 +VAT.

Non-residential – includes arrival light lunch, dinner, the conference sessions, lunch and refreshments, but excludes accommodation and breakfast: Early bird price until 13th March £217 +VAT. Full price from 14th March £238 +VAT.
